THE ROLE

We are looking for a People Operations Manager (with passion for entrepreneurship), that will be the rock of the organisation. You don’t see humans as resources but as people and you thrive in empowering them through your amazing persuasion and organisation skills.

You will help Maxify become a smooth sailing machine, and since Maxify’s goal is to create and develop multiple successful digital products and services over a year, we are seeking for a natural leader to create, drive and execute the People Operations agenda. This role is a cross between HR/recruitment and business development, very hands on, as it’s in a startup environment, but with ability to affect how we work and ideas we build.

You’ll be joining a small team that’s growing, devoted and fully people-centered, with strong emphasis in culture based on flexibility and innovation. 

You will be our culture protector, our accelerator and right hand person that helps make things go easier and better and keeps an eye on employee lifecycle. You have a knack for business and like to drive change and progress.

 We are looking for an individual that is truly driven, passionate and wants to dive deep into building an organisation through the prism of people.

THE MAIN, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES ARE

- Help set up the core work processes of Maxify as a startup studio together with the Maxify team

- Become a champion of the employee experience by helping people get to where they need to be, by making all company processes as smooth as possible

- Full responsibility of recruitment process for Maxify and help with recruiting for internal ventures that Maxify scouts and/or creates

- Full responsibility of onboarding process for Maxify, employee development and employee lifecycle

- Contribute to helping Maxify differentiate itself as a workplace and ultimately become a startup studio that is the choice of employees and founders in Europe, have ownership of employer branding

- Support Maxify team and founder of Maxify in weekly scheduling and keep the company moving ahead without hiccups

- Responsibility of managing our Maxify accounts, policies and all things employee related - holidays, sick-leave, payroll etc.

- Help us take care of our office, keep our fridges stocked and office supplies ready

- Be advisor to founders, in people ops terms, as we scout out and discover ideas, ventures or startups that could be a great addition to Maxify

- Encourage and help drive a continuous feedback culture to achieve people happiness, business goals and maintain company culture 

YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF

- Someone with 3 or more years of People Operations/HR experience in a technical environment 

- You’ll have previous experience working in a fast-paced/continuously changing environment preferably in a startup

- Someone with experience from recruiting and  building compensation & benefits frameworks

- Someone with experience in coaching high performing teams, focused on people development

- You will be comfortable with ambiguity and having to make your own plans

- Someone who has experience in project management or business development is a plus

- Friendly, collaborator & overall a nice person to be around

- EU passport or right to work in Sweden
