Instabox is a growing tech startup that wants to change the logistics industry. We deliver your parcel to one of our smart boxes, seven days a week, as it should be. You pick it up with a pin code, without ever having to spend a second waiting in line. We started in 2015 with the first line of code written in a small basement in Stockholm. Today, we can proudly say that we still write our own code and that we now have over 250+ smart boxes across the country.

We break new ground on a daily basis and our users keep getting amazed by our fast and convenient express deliveries. We are now looking to expand our Tech team with a creative and technical Product Manager with the experience of delivering user friendly and technically excellent products to market.

Job Description

As our Product Manager you will get the possibility to join a growing company in an early stage. You will work closely with our Developers, Designers and Production team where you will define and drive the roadmap of our products. Your focus will both be to investigate new products and to develop the functionality of Instabox existing products. 

Responsibilities

• Integrate product analysis, customer insight and market insights into product requirements, roadmaps and strategies.
  
• Lead projects together with our developers, data scientists and designers with the aim of improving our products. 
• Manage stakeholders and prioritize interests and requirements within the projects. 
• Execute data analysis of existing processes with the focus of improving and developing our products. 

Who are we looking for?

• You have at least 7 years documented experience of product management, ideally with consumer products.
• It is an advantage if you have a Bsc or Msc in Engineering or related discipline.
• You have experience in making analyzes based on user testing, data analysis and customer insights.
• Experience of working in projects together with Developers and Designers with the ability to define and communicate the requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

As a person you are passionate about building user friendly and technically excellent products. You are structured in your work and give close attention to details. You are an excellent communicator and storyteller with relationship building skills. As Product Manager you are rational, analyzing data and facts before making any predictions.
