We are looking for a self-motivated, highly proactive and detailed-oriented project manager.

You will be working directly with the CEO to help manage multiple projects at a time and prioritize our internal workload in order to have deadlines met. 

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to work independently, communicate well, and be organized. 

Responsibilities:

• Work to ensure targets and goals are being met
• Assist with the review of all major deliverables (i.e. briefs, decks, proposals.) to ensure our partners and clients expectations are met.

Skills :

• Fast learner, we expect that you are doing the internship to learn and grow and we will help you with that. 
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail, efficient work ethic, relationship management skills and ability to effectively communicate with other stakeholders.
• Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects
• Proficient knowledge in MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
• A strong command for the Swedish language is plus.

We offer a flexible schedule of 3-5 days/week, minimum 20 hours. Internship duration is 3 month, starts 15th of Dec.
