Yepstr is built on the vision of giving all youths a chance. In our app teenagers can find their first jobs in their neighborhood (babysitting, dog-minding etc.). As our Yeps (Young Entrepreneurs) level up they can charge higher hourly rates and eventually accept jobs for companies. We make sure the process is fun and safe. Now there’s a chance to join the core team in Stockholm as a React Native developer!

As a React Native developer at Yepstr you are at the very front of the line. Being part of a tight dev team you are entirely responsible for your own code and your own work. But with great responsibility comes great power. 

You are a highly technical person who is always curious about learning new things. At Yepstr you will have the opportunity to try out every aspect of working in a small fast-paced team. You don’t shy away from expressing leadership - whether it be technical leadership, building a great culture or setting the bar high.

You are located (or willing to relocate) in Stockholm and preferably fluent in Swedish. We are currently only looking for on-site team members as we in this stage rely a lot on constant verbal communication and impromptu meetings by the whiteboard. It's a big plus if you have a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a similar field. 

It is expected that you are experienced in different web technologies and can choose the right tool, programming language or library required for the job. You know how to make a "correct" solution, but can also pull together a quick-n-dirty version when that's required.

Base qualifications:

• React Native
  
• JavaScript (preferably ES2016+)
• Keen on creating a superb end user experience regardless of platform

"Nice-to-have" skills:

• node.js
• App- development for iOS/Android
• Startup experience 

Your future team

The team that's out to change the world - and give all youths a chance in the labor market - is currently 8 strong full-time people. The product team that you'll be spending the majority of your time consists of battle scarred programmers with years of experiences as well as self taught junior developers with a have a crazy passion for coding.
