Alva Labs is expanding and we're looking for new talent to join our team! This year, we went from 10 to 20 people and our goal is to become leading within HR Saas. Responsibilities

The SDR primary role is to initiate conversations that does not feel like conversations. This means to prospect clients, handling outgoing calls, handling discovery calls with customers and ultimately generate sales meetings for the sales team.

Through a variety of communication strategies, your initial responsibility is to lead the work with lead generation. Your role is crucial for Alva Labs growth strategy and most importantly you are to find and take the first contact with the right persons to speak with.

You will be part of a small and nimble team and work closely together with our full sales team, Head of Sales, and our CEO and Head of Growth.

A little more about the role, and what’s expected:

• You will be responsible for out- and inbound sales: from prospecting and screening leads, setting up meetings through phone and email and help moving them through the sales funnel.

• You will be leading our sales and lead generation process and strategies.

• You will work with the latest prospecting and CRM tools. We want to work in the most efficient way and are open-minded - How should we get there?

• Success will be measured in the amount of booked sales meetings.

Qualifications:

• You exhibit a strong “can-do” attitude / Motivated self-starter

• You are business-minded and strategic

• You are eager to learn, work hard and passionate about joining a dynamic startup journey

• You have experience in setting goals and pursuing them

• Good verbal and writing skills in Swedish and English
