Kodiak Rating is a Growth Venture and an innovator in the category of SRM software. We are growing fast, and are looking to up-our team with additional Sales Development Reps (SDR); a position which is instrumental in our company’s growth and development.


As an SDR you will be responsible for identifying which companies we will most likely be able to deliver value to. You will nudge and inspire those companies to become interested in learning more about us and our solution, and through this, create touchpoints and meeting opportunities for demos and trials. You will develop new inbound and outbound business opportunities and manage your activity & pipeline in our CRM, as well as convey the leads and opportunities to the team. The SDR role in Kodiak is a stepping stone towards taking on business development executive responsibilities.

Potential candidates responsibilities and attributes:

  • Identifying target markets, prospecting, analysis, and operational sales ability

  • Ability to collaborate closely with marketing to drive revenue growth.

  • An ambitious, organized - and kind - relationship builder with documented successful experience displaying entrepreneurial drive and engagement.

  • University Degree of a Bachelor’s level.

  • Experience working within CRM systems.

  • Have a strong command of the English language both written and oral

  • Native speaker in at least one of the following Nordic Languages (Finnish, Danish, Swedish or Norwegian)
