The role as Sales Executive
As part of our sales team you will play a central role for the growth of the company. You get to use your aptitude for sales and business development, and to lead yourself independently while also having the support from your team. We offer a high tempo work environment and you get to do business with high level decision makers in Sweden's top mid-market and enterprise segment (as well as possibility to continue to international customers in the future). As Sales Executive you get to:
- Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing
- Manage complex sales cycles, negotiation and contract management
- Identify sales strategies and ensure sales targets are reached or exceeded
The ideal candidate:
We think that you have a a few or several years of experience in B2B sales and is now looking to join an exciting journey in a fast growing, innovative company with purpose. You are passionate about building relationships and helping customers solve their problems. You are hungry and motivated by high tempo, challenge and reaching targets. You are a confident presenter and good listener, both face-to-face and on the phone, and you have the ability to build trust with customers. As a team member, you are positive and willing to learn, adapt and let go of prestige. You blend in well in our young growth company environment as you are open-minded, flexible, initiative-taking and independent.
We want you to:
- Have experience from B2B sales execution, with track record of reaching or exceeding targets
- Be able to manage complete and complex sales cycles with mid-market and enterprise customers, from prospecting to closed agreement, and navigate through its challenges
- Be goal oriented with high capacity
- Be fluent in Swedish and English, speaking and writing
- Have a Bachelor's Degree, or other for the role relevant education
It's extra great if you also:
- Have experience from selling SaaS solutions, Software or other digital or IT solutions
- Have understanding of/experience from Corporate Sustainability
