Job description


As a Sales Lead you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and creating new sales. This position will be instrumental for our growth and development.

Stepping into this role, we expect you to have the skills required to sell independently, but work within the framework of a collaborative organization. Your competencies and drive should be aligned with those of a SDR (Sales Development Representative). Meaning, you should have an analytical approach and a consistently goal-oriented execution in your sales style.

Possible candidates responsibilities and attributes:

• Identifying target markets, canvasing, prospecting, and be responsible for sales calls, as well as conducting sales presentations and webinars.

• Building new prospects or expanding your ‘ocean’

• An ambitious relationship builder with documented successful sales experience and a strong will to sell.

• 2+ years experience of direct sales; be it meeting booking or all-around sales.

• Experience working within CRM system (Salesforce).

• Have a strong command of the English language.

• Native/Professionally Fluent Swedish speaker.

• You will be expected to travel in and outside of Sweden as needed.

• Previous experience selling SaaS (software-as-a-service) is not required, but appreciated.

• Knowledge of procurement, sourcing and supply chain related areas are not required, but appreciated.
