Job description

As a Sales Lead you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and creating new sales, nurturing accounts and closing deals. This position will be instrumental for our growth and development. Stepping into this role, we expect you to have the skills required to sell independently, but work within the framework of a collaborative organization.

Your competencies and drive should be aligned with those of a SDR (Sales Development Representative) and your abilities strategically should be aligned with a BDR (Business Development Representative). Meaning, you should have an analytical approach and a consistently goal-oriented execution in your sales style.

Potential candidates responsibilities and attributes:

  • Identifying target markets, canvasing, prospecting, and be responsible for sales calls, as well as conducting sales presentations and webinars
  • Building new prospects or expanding your ‘ocean’
  • Ability to collaborate closely with Marketing to drive revenue
  • An ambitious relationship builder with documented successful sales experience and a strong will to sell
  • 2+ years experience of direct sales; be it meeting booking or full-lifecycle (account exec) sales
  • Experience working within CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Have a strong command of the English language
  • Native/Professionally Fluent in a Nordic language: Swedish, Finnish, Danish or Norwegian
  • You will be expected to travel in and outside of Sweden as needed
  • Previous experience selling SaaS (software-as-a-service) is not required, but valued
  • Knowledge of procurement, sourcing and supply chain related areas is not required, but valued
