Your tasks:

• You identify and acquire sales agencies and build strong, long-lasting partnerships
• You take ownership of the whole sales process
• You manage the win-win relationship with our agencies and help to answer all their queries
• You help the agencies become a key part of our business based on quantitative analysis
• You present partnership opportunities and the advantages of a cooperation with FlixBus to external stakeholders
• You support marketing activities, e.g. promotions and events
• You coordinate internal, interdisciplinary departments and work closely together with the central Sales department in Berlin
• You report to the Managing Director for the Nordics 

Your profile:

• Minimum of a Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience in Marketing or Sales, ideally related to travel related companies or in the e-commerce field
• High social, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Proactive, strong focus on achievement and an entrepreneurial drive
• Motivation to change the mobility market in the Nordics
• Native level Swedish and fluent in English. Danish or any other European language is a plus
