About the position

This is a rare opportunity for a confident, high-performing and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to set-up our presence in the region and help us roll-out our ground-breaking initiative within the golf industry. We look for an exceptional communicator, who relishes building and growing a strong network of participating golf clubs and dealing with golf club directors and commercial managers

Our Sales Manager in Spain & Portugal will help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by creating and maintaining relationships with the golf clubs. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, activating golf clubs within the platform, and educating them with our support in the next generation of sales and digital customer acquisition in the golf industry. Within the position it is your responsibility to lead the contract negotiation with golf club stakeholders and ensure sign-ups in the region to the Greenfee365.

The Sales Manager reports to the Global HQ in Sweden and works closely with central functional leads and our internal experts. 

  • You probably enjoy a fun and highly pressurized environment with frequent exposure to senior stakeholders and key opinion leaders. 
  • You must be capable of working alone in the region and in a fast environment and stay calm and focused when dealing with complex or rapidly changing priorities. 
  • Experience in sales focusing on technology, e-commerce and digital marketing is required.  
  • You need be fluent and speak, write and read perfectly on Spanish and English.
  • Knowledge in Portuguese is a competitive advantage. 
  • We expect you already live in the south of Spain and we prefer you play golf and have an active network within the golf industry and you must be willing to travel in the region.

  1. Highly competitive fixed and commission-based salary together with bonus.
  2. All travel and accommodations expenses within your region will be paid by us. 
  3. All tools, material and technical support to be able to conduct your job.

You will have the opportunity to play an important role in helping our participating clubs drive the golf industry forward. For the first 6 month you will work independently on a freelance/consultant basis. After 6 successful months you will be offered a key position as Sales Director.
