Textual helps retailers and web shops to create and optimize marketing material in over 15 languages. We create product descriptions, category pages, online ads and can even do more personalized marketing messages. Our solution has gained considerable interest from global brands. We are now seeking a Sales Representative to manage our pipeline of a large number of inbound leads, build relationships with SMBs and support them through the whole process towards onboarding.

As our Sales Representative you will focus on signing deals with new clients after verifying how Textual can meet their text production needs. You will daily check our inbound leads and schedule meetings via video calls. You will be responsible for the SMB pipeline, including preparing sample content (Proof Of Concept) with our language team to showcase to potential small and medium-sized clients. You will build relationships and act as the main point of contact for onboarding clients to use our standard product. You will also be a part of our team supporting Large Corporate clients with more tailored solutions.

Requirements

  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Swedish
  • Self-starter who can manage own sales pipeline and meetings
  • Good communicator to instruct our in-house and offshore teams on providing content for the first POC concept, and happy to hold video calls with interested clients
  • Some experience in sales or marketing 
  • Good knowledge about e-commerce processes and ecosystem.
  • Experience of using HubSpot or similar software is advantageous but not essential
