We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Finance Manager who wants to join an international start-up and take on the challenge of their life! The position

As a Senior Finance Manager you’re working closely with our CEO to make sure the operations runs smoothly with focus on the finances. It’s a very entrepreneurial role which means it will include high and low. You will be involved in all parts of building a global business including raising money from top VC's globally. The position requires travelling. It’s a perfect position for someone who is super motivated and aim to be a future CFO.

Example of tasks (in a start-up you never know, that’s the beauty)

• Financial reports to investors and the board and monthly control of accounting.
• Lead and manage the budgeting and forecast processes including conduct research and develop business cases.
• Manage and monitor the cash for the group to meet the targets in place.
• Ensure that company financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth.
• Setup and overview other processes across the organisation depending on what’s needed.
• Recruitment including sourcing candidates and interviewing.
• Legal assistance.
• On-boarding of new employees including admin and practical questions.

Your Profile

• At least 5 years of experience from a start-up or an international top-tier company. Preferably within consulting, finance or equivalent. 
• You are a highly motivated person willing to work hard to achieve your goals.
• You prioritise hard to invest your time wisely.
• You are detail oriented, structured in your approach to work and apply a rational mindset.
• Proven entrepreneurial skills and a strong understanding of the startup mentality.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving and communication skills.
• Positive can-do attitude and self-motivation are essential.
• 100% execution-minded.
• Fluent in English, written and oral.
• A university degree with proven academic excellence.
• Knowledgable in Swedish accounting practice and laws.
