This position plays a major role for the growth of Worldfavor. The responsibilites of this position are diverse, and require a developed aptitude for sales, business development and personal leadership. During the past year, Worldfavor has gained market recognition in the field of sustainability software by winning key strategic customers in the Swedish market thanks to Worldfavors unique user friendly software platform. The market response for Worldfavor's unique take on how to digitize sustainability management requires sales executives with an ability to close new business in a high pace. The ideal candidate for this position is an ambitious purpose driven individual - motivated by our area of business.
We expect the following from the ideal candidate;
• To meet or exceed sales budget
• Experience from sales execution, with a track record of closing revenue, preferrably from tech/solution/saas-industry
• Ability to manage complete sales cycle from not yet qualified prospect to closed agreement
• Business background; understanding of business processes, bottom line and the C-level decision maker's many challenges
• Great communication skills in Swedish and English (writing and speaking), confident presenter and great listener
• Ability to lead oneself through the many challenges of sales, deal with high pressure, push through objections, brush off "No's" and keep focus
• Healthy and balanced life in order to stay positive
• High ability of execution
• Bachelors degree (minimum)
• Coachable and willing to learn how to sell Worldfavor
• Interested in sustainability
• Adaptable to startup-surrounding and culture
