Job description

We are looking for a motivated, professional, and trustworthy assistant to help us with various showroom tasks and duties. This is a valuable opportunity for anyone looking to gain experience in the fashion industry.

  • Initial 3-months contract with a view of extending 
  • To assist in the preparation of send outs and returns.
  • Manage sample management including inventory, send outs and returns.
  • Manage wrongly returned samples
  • Showroom maintenance and presentation including merchandising, mannequin dressing, layout, and stock levels.
  • Booking all couriers and orders. 
  • Assisting with the monthly administration for client invoices and reports
  • Answering the phone including booking appointments, taking product requests and messages

  • Knowledgeable about fashion
  • A social and outgoing personality
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Highly motivated, self-initiative, and yet a team-player
  • Flexibility in regards to working schedule
  • Previous retail experience is an advantage
  • Fluency in English is a requirement
