The Role:

At Triple, we aim for you to work both with expanding your current skills further, as well as practicing what you have already learned during your education. 

Learning and teaching at Triple go both ways: we’re sure that there are lots of things you know better than us and vice versa! In addition to maintaining and growing our current social channels, we encourage you to keep up with trends and learn new things during your time at Triple, such as signing up for relevant webinars and email courses, which you then have the possibility to test in practice.

Some of the things you’ll do during your time at Triple:

• Learn and understand Triple's activities, work with our growing community, and tone of voice in order to create social content.
  
• Set goals, measure and work together with your mentor at Triple to refine content, in order to grow Triple’s community and strengthen our brand. 
• Create a Social Media Strategy with the ability to iterate and implement together with your Triple mentor.
• Actively search for relevant content to package and re-post on Triple's social channels.
• Work with Facebook Ads and specifically try different ways to target different groups to optimize ad performance and conversion.

Tools we currently work with: Socialbakers, Buffer, Crowdfire

Our current social channels: Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. However, we would like to explore other channels as well, as long as you can show us how this has potential to strengthen our brand.

What we’re looking for:

• Very good written English is a must since all of Triple’s external communication is English.
• You have either studied social media management or have prior work experience within the field.
• You are driven and want to learn every day.
• You are "Startup curious" and see it as a plus to work within a small organization that constantly and during very short cycles tests, evaluates and renew working processes.
