Entrepreneurs Without Borders' mission is to help founders in (mainly) developing countries start and grow sustainable businesses. It is our vision that no companies should start without a clear idea of how they contribute to making the world a better place, and it is our firm belief that ALL entrepreneurship should be socially responsible, equal and sustainable.

We are a group of volunteers that are working really hard to make this our paid profession, but for now we are all working a couple of hours per week to move things forward. That meaning that this position is initially an un-paid position, but we hope to be able to start paying people salaries and hourly rates by latest the end of the year.

As our Social media manager we expect you to be equally creative and analytical with the ability to both create and publish compelling content.

We are looking for a visual storyteller, someone people listens to and that influences others to follow and also to act.

We expect you to be independent and driven, yet a team player, we are a team of very diverse people from all over the world and we enjoy being part of a bigger "us" but we also need every single person to be able to take action on their own responsibility and follow through on promises, and be proud of delivering good results.

You have built a good following for yourself or a brand already, something that will prove the point that you know how to work the algorithms and what works or not.

Your main task will be to consistently and continuously update our social media channels and keep our community updated with what's going on and of course spread the word about EWB as such.

You will be our main advocate in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate and helping create the positive image of our organisation.

You are a very important piece of the puzzle that makes up the bigger picture of EWB, and we hope you are as excited about this as we are :-)

As previously stated, we are currently all volunteers, but are working hard on funding ourselves as well.
