We are launching the Minnity app for home care companies in Sweden and we need you to help to get the word out. The Minnity app allows home care staff to better understand their clients, thus facilitating faster care provision and improving its continuity. By providing essential information on the individual's life story and needs in an easily accessible manner, the tool facilitates communication and effective care.

We are an early-stage startup currently introducing our app MVP to the Swedish market. In this exciting phase of development, we’re looking to recruit a Social Media Marketing Intern who can contribute to growing the company in the right direction. You will work directly with the founders and actively shape the creation and development of a startup that will positively impact the lives of thousands people living with Alzheimer’s or other dementias, their relatives and formal caregivers. 

Our ideal candidate:

• Is goal-oriented, with experience of delivering results against targets
• Is creative and resourceful
• Effectively balances competing priorities and appreciates new challenges
• Has the ability to work both independently and in a team
• Has a deep interest in effective digital communication, especially in digital media
• Has fluent command of Swedish and English
• Is based in Sweden, preferably Stockholm

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) with weekly updates to increase brand recognition and generate leads
• Creating content for marketing, including images and text, compliant with Minnity’s brand values
• Communicating with other team members in a clear and timely manner
• Supporting us in our business operations, especially in sales and marketing

Through your work with Minnity, you will develop broad-based expertise in the elderly care and digital health industry. You will gain experience in working with a start-up as well as national and international contacts.

The position is for a 3-month unpaid internship, with flexible working hours, ca. 10 per week, mostly remote work. Although the internship is unpaid, there is an opportunity to be hired in the future.
