EasyTranslate is currently hiring a Swedish-speaking Language Adviser to focus on customer care, project management and team work in order to expand our Swedish market and optimise client relations.

Swedish-speaking Language Adviser

The position

We are currently searching for a Swedish-speaking Language Adviser to work with our Swedish clients. The candidate will work from our Copenhagen office and collaborate with the existing Language Advisers in Copenhagen as well as our team of Project Managers in Warsaw.

Main responsibilities and tasks:

• Support and advise our clients about their translation needs and create customised solutions with our product portfolio to meet their requirements.
• Follow up with and development of our existing clients to ensure we continue our success in the Swedish market. Help identify new business opportunities and take active part in developing the strategy for the market.
• Organize translation projects for our Swedish clients, explore their translation needs and find the perfect solution for them. You will be in close contact with both existing and potential clients and stay in a continuous, positive dialogue with them.
• Perform high-level project management of translation projects.
• Be responsible for project and market budgets.

A typical day is spent doing many different things such as admin tasks involving file preparation in our tools, updating tasks in our platform, contacting translators and creating project plans. Customer-facing tasks like follow-up and status calls with client stakeholders to assess requirements and overall translation needs, managing an account pipeline in Pipedrive and overall efforts to understand our clients’ translation needs now and in the future are also part of your daily work. Additionally, you’ll spend time planning and executing an account strategy in the market together with your colleagues and management.

Your qualifications:

• Degree in project management, communications, linguistics, business administration or similar.
• 2+ years’ experience in B2B, experience in a sales or support position is an advantage but not a requirement.
• It is an absolute requirement that you speak and write fluent Swedish to at least near-native proficiency level, and have good knowledge of English. Other languages are a plus.
