Nurse & Doc, offers a fully automated recruitment platform for the healthcare sector. We automize the staffing process with the aim of reducing staffing costs as well as tackle the healthcare personnel shortage. The company was founded by MD and entrepreneur Richard Lagerqvist (founder of health tech star Werlabs).   We are looking for a technical leader and potential co-founder, who is passionate about building a great user experience and and solving a growing healthcare challenge.

We are in need of a hands-on CTO that is not afraid to take on a great challenge and is dedicated to set the product vision and code for tomorrow’s needs. 

THE ROLE

You will be fully responsible for developing the platform in line with the overall strategy of the company, meaning that you will manage the entire product lifecycle, set the goals, set the timelines, develop the product, test it, ship it and maintain it. You will join our dedicated team, with office at H2Hub at Hälsingegatan 45.

There’s constantly a ton of things happening at Nurse & Doc and bringing the right attitude and spirit will give you fantastic opportunities to grow within the company. The role can include:    

• Technology visionary - Plan for the next generations of our platform
• Enterprise Architect - Aligning technology and business vision
• Program Manager - Writing the detailed functional spec
• Lead Architect - Writing the architectural spec for the product
• Lead and build the development team
• SCRUM Master - run the daily standups and solve the blocking issues
• Developer - write code when necessary to test new functionality
• DB Architect - Design the DB schema for the product
• DB Admin - admin the DB (build scripts for Index regen etc.)
• Technical Sales - Engage in technical sales discussions
