We are looking for a project manager with experience bridging the gap between design, front-end and back-end development. Panion is a keyword-searchable social app that enables you to make like-minded friends wherever you go. We are currently part of the Fast Track Malmö accelerator at MINC.


We are looking for a talented tech-savvy project manager who is great at communication and has the passion to build something from the ground up. Working in a startup is a lot of fun, and sometimes stressful. We try to balance the two with our passion and excitement for the product and a really great team of people to work with. You

  • Preferably have previous experience working for startups or early stage companies.
  • Are able to project manage and delegate tasks to developers and interns.
  • Are committed to collaborative problem solving and creating quality products.
  • Take initiative and learn by doing.
  • Are great at setting realistic expectations for the rest of the team and communicating as things inevitably change.
  • Are interested in making a difference in the world.

 

Responsibilities

  • Improve current features and oversee new feature developments.
  • Monitor the performance and quality of our developers and their work.
  • Collaborate with the developers, design team, and marketing team for a holistic approach.


Skills

  • General knowledge of both Android and iOS eco-systems.
  • Familiarity with connecting applications to back-end services.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX standards.
  • Understanding of Apple and Android design principles and interface guidelines.
  • Familiarity with Firebase messaging and push notifications.
  • Experience with scrum and task delegation.
