NMBR EIGHT is a software for cosmetic brands and retailers designed to improve the experience when shopping online. We let consumers virtually test products on a wide range of models in all different skin tones, sizes and sexes to make sure they know exactly what they're getting. By integrate within retailers and brands we have the opportunity to have a positive effect on the industry and make it even more diverse. NMBR EIGHT stands for an including society where everyone is represented.

ABOUT THE ROLE

NMBR EIGHT was founded in november 2017 and has since worked with external developers. We have just finished our MVP and are now looking for a developer who wants to lead the change together with us. You will work close to our designer and together you will develop what will be our first version, this will be implemented in one of Swedens biggest e- commerces this spring.

NMBR EIGHT is a part of SUP46's garageprogram, this means you will have an amazing place to grow as an entrepreneur. Within the program you will get access to individual coaching, network of other developers, investors, lawyers or whatever you could need, be a part of and/or attend startup-events, connect to mentors and much more.

A TYPICAL DAY AT WORK

As technical co-founder you will continue the work with our MVP and develop it into a final product that can be implemented on our partners e-commerce. You will be the main contact for the technical department at the e-commerces working with us, providing technical support and your expertise. Besides leading the work on developing a final version of NMBR EIGHT you will also maintain the plugin to make sure there’s no bugs, add anything necessary and make sure everything is running smoothly.

 - You are self-driven and not afraid of making decisions.

 - Comfortable in taking a leading roll in a project.

 - As an early stage startup we move really fast and often take quick turns, so it’s important that you’re flexibel and open for changes. 

 - Likes to work. There will be some late nights but there will also be pizza and beer.

 - Competitive. Our goal is to become the biggest player on the market and to make that happen there needs to be a determination of becoming the best.

 - Communicative. Team is everything and to make this journey as smooth as possible it’s important that we have a good communication, so that we can support you in any way possible.

EARLIER EXPERIENCES

 - Proven expertise within JavaScript, HTML, CSS and PHP. (Please add GitHub link/portfolio if you have one)

 - Experience of building and maintaining iFrames/SaaS.

 - Experience of working with clients and other stakeholders.

 - Good experience of creating great responsive web-solutions.
