C/MIND is a Swedish company focused on searching for the best developers globally and we are looking for someone who can find and connect with talented programmers from a variety of fields. The work largely involves research and headhunting - you will seek, interview, test, evaluate and propose recruitment of candidates who meet our client’s needs. Much of the work involves inspiring potential candidates and, as such, your ability to communicate and understand the situation of others is very important.

We are a young company who are growing very quickly because our customers consist of some of the world's fastest growing tech start-ups. Complexity never scares us and we have filled many difficult positions that seemed impossible to solve. Therefore, we can offer you intensive and varied work on a daily basis.

We work with fast decisions and rely on our intuition to deliver results. The whole world is our workplace and English is our main language. Our office is centrally located in Hötorget, on the top floor, in bright and modern premises where we intersperse work with play with our Playstation 4, table tennis and after work social events.

What we need

We are looking for someone who excels at research and information retrieval. As a person, you are communicative, outgoing and like networking. You like to share your ideas and want to contribute to the development of both yourself and others in your environment. At work you are solution-oriented and never give up when something is difficult. You like challenges and work in a systematic and structured way to achieve your goals.

As we only recruit developers, you need to have some technical understanding. You don't need to be a programmer yourself, but you may engage in it as a hobby, or be very interested in it.

HR and recruitment experience is a bonus but not required as we can teach you what you need to know and make sure you become one of the industry's best.
