Before founding HERAX, I worked 7 years for NNIT A/S, a daughter company of Novo Nordisk A/S, as Vice President for eClinical Process Consulting, specializing in improvement of clinical processes in R&D and the design and execution of eClinical programs. Before joining NNIT, I worked 5 years as Chief Information Officer in IBM Denmark, and before that worked in IT and Clinical Operations at Henri Beaufour Institute Inc. in Washington D.C (US).

For the past 10 years, I have worked with start-ups as investor, founder and director. Of the companies that I have co-founded, I’m currently involved within the following areas: Sourcing and business development in Asia, Medico distribution in Scandinavia, Software development, Design and Innovation management.

20 years of leadership at executive level from Danske Bank and Nykredit. Results in the intersection between sales af business development within the Private Wealth Management business are created based on 30 years experience build on a foundation of a HD(F) and further education in communication, innovation, strategic leadership. My strength is to create simple solutions to complex problems by combining great analytical capacity with a natural ability to create relations.
