About the Role

We are looking for a self-motivated, humble, data-driven, Head of Commercial always aiming for tangible targets and striving to raise the bar. In this key role, you'll lead the charge in developing and executing our commercial strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance profitability. Roll up your sleeves, take initiative, and spearhead sales processes from start to finish.

Your mission will be to translate strategies into actionable tasks, demonstrate exceptional sales acumen, and build and lead a high-performing sales and account management team. You will also be Key Account Manager for high-value accounts.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy with the CEO.
  • Track and report team performance metrics to the CEO and Board.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  • Maintain transparent CRM records for customer/lead history.
  • Foster key customer relationships for satisfaction and improvement.
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement effective business plans.
  • Support sales activities for smaller accounts.
  • Collaborate on refining Sales Assets with the CEO and Founder.
  • Work closely with Solutions and Customer Support teams for exceptional service.

Likely Background

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or a leading role in a tech startup.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong people management skills with a data-driven decision mentality.
  • Proven track record of executing at a high level, delivering excellent results.
