We're seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help spearhead the development of our core frontend and backend services.

Our vision remains the same: to be the leading platform for legal information retrieval, enabling in-depth and accurate legal knowledge in a fast, efficient and user-friendly way. We are here to help legal professionals and lawyers, and we have a lot of exciting challenges ahead of us – both technically, strategically and commercially.

The product

The amount of legislation and case law is increasing and legal professionals have to navigate more data than ever before. Pandektes is designed to simplify this process using artificial intelligence, intelligent search and up-to-date legal sources.

The role

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the backbone of our platform. You'll work closely with the CTO and the rest of the product team to build, optimize, and scale our backend services, ensuring they're robust, reliable, and ready to support our growth trajectory.

Our stack is a mix of modern technologies, including Node.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL, and we're always open to exploring new tools and frameworks that can help us achieve our goals.

We deploy multiple times a day, and we're strong believers in continuous integration and continuous deployment. We're looking for someone who shares our passion for building high-quality software and who can help us take our backend to the next level.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in backend/frontend development, with a strong foundation in Typescript

• Familiarity with modern frameworks and architectures

• Strong commitment to code quality, documentation, and sound testing practices

• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and mentoring in an engineering environment

Nice-to-have

• Experience with vector databases, transformers, NLP and LLMs is a plus

We're a team of 12 people in the Copenhagen office. We're currently looking for people who are not afraid of building things end-to-end.
