The Partnerships Domain is committed to providing best-in-class partnership solutions, through establishing high-impact distribution partnerships and powerful product integrations.
As a key member of our team, you'll have a significant role in shaping Pleo to fit into our partners ecosystem. You'll help us design, build, and manage our partnership solution that will transform the way our users -, partners - and our own team - work.

The team's scope include:
- Ensuring that our partners are thoroughly satisfied with our solution.
- Ownership of the product support for our accounting and consulting partners via the partner portal.
- Pioneering the shift from a sales-driven approach to a product-led growth strategy.
Your main responsibilities would include:
- Collaborating within a product team as the backbone of backend expertise.
- Engaging in the product discovery process with the team, contributing to the resolution of partner challenges.
- Developing scalable backend solutions in close collaboration with other areas of expertise, including data, design, and frontend.
You know your way around:
- Server-side languages (Our team mostly uses TypeScript and Pleo in general uses Kotlin but we know you can learn new languages),
- Experience in at least one cloud provider and k8s ( We use at Pleo, AWS and CGP)
- Micro-services, Monolith Decomposition, Distributed Programming,
- Kafka and Async Communication Patterns,
- Architecting and building maintainable, scalable and reliable solutions,
- Excellent troubleshooting skills,
- Relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL)
- Testing frameworks (Mocha, JUnit, Testcontainers)
- Observability and monitoring (Datadog)
- DevOps culture and tools (GitHub Actions, Gradle, Terraform)
