Role Overview:

As the Robotics Software Deployment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment and integration of our software onto robotics platforms. Your expertise in Ardupilot, Gazebo, and MAVLink will be instrumental in optimizing system performance, ensuring compatibility, and enabling seamless communication between software and hardware components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the deployment of software solutions onto robotics platforms, including configuring and tuning parameters for optimal performance.

• Collaborate closely with software engineers to understand system requirements and ensure compatibility with robotics hardware.

• Implement and maintain integration scripts and tools for automated deployment processes.

• Troubleshoot deployment issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth operation of robotic systems.

• Apply expertise in control theory and signal processing to develop and optimize control algorithms, including feedforward and PID controllers, for robotic applications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in robotics software deployment, with expertise in Ardupilot, Gazebo, and MAVLink.

• Strong understanding of robotic systems, including hardware interfaces, sensors, and actuators.

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Expertise in control theory and signal processing, with practical experience in developing and tuning feedforward and PID controllers.

• Proficiency in deploying software onto robotics platforms.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
