LikeMinded is a B2B2C platform that connects product owners with consumers through community leaders, such as independent, local retailers and leaders of digital/offline communities. Our offer creation tool empowers community leaders to easily source relevant products from suppliers and create unique and attractively priced group purchase offers for their customers/community, with full protection of users' private networks. Currently, SMEs producing consumer goods are struggling to effectively reach targeted customers, are margin-squeezed by large wholesalers, and often face cash flow issues. We help them with easily getting more sales and more customers through community leaders on the platform, and better cash flows as full payment is received before shipment of products. Customers get attractively priced, unique products that are more relevant to them, and vetted by a community leader they know or trust. For the MVP, product owners and community leaders will get AI-generated suggestions in terms of partners, and be able to connect with new partners, create offers and get started with selling new products (or through new community leaders) in minutes. The platform will handle the connections, order- and payment flow from day 1, and consumers will be able to follow community leaders to get notified of new, relevant offers launched. Beyond the MVP, the pipeline e.g. includes more sophisticated intelligent match making of product owners and community leaders, ML/predictive analytics-based customer success tools, tailored offer creation assistance tools leveraging generative AI, and a dynamic pricing model. We currently have over 25 corporates and community leaders that have signed up, and expect to have revenue in the next 1-2 months. Our goal is to build the Western world's leading community group buying platform. As the first pure community group buying platform in Europe, we have an unfair advantage in the form of our CEO's close familiarity with (and understanding) of community group buying platforms in Asia, as well as the cultural differences that are important when understanding how Asian successes can translate into European successes and vice versa. Introduction to Ning (CEO): Ning is an experienced entrepreneur and executive with a strong track record, having worked in the roles of business owner and managing director across various settings from startups to large blue-chip companies, e.g. Novozymes and Coloplast. As a second-time startup co-founder, Ning brings valuable experience in scaling businesses, expanding internationally, and managing corporate mergers and acquisitions. Ning obtained his education in both Asia and the Nordics, and he enjoys spending time with his family on various sports and board games in spare time. Introduction to Christopher (CCO): Prior to co-founding LikeMinded, Christopher spent more than two years working in investment banking at Citi in London, where he worked with Private Equity, Growth Equity and Venture Capital clients, and got extensive exposure to M&A transactions totalling more than €5bn across various sectors. Prior to this he worked as a VC analyst for the largest Danish VC fund, and was part of the sales team at Saxo Bank. Christopher has a BSc in International Business from CBS, and also studied at Columbia Business School. Currently he is taking a pilot license, and enjoys surfing, playing and watching football, and likes to travel with his girlfriend.
