Key responsibilities

• Product discovery excellence: Lead the way in product discovery, employing close interactions with customers and stakeholders to ensure product ideas are validated through cutting-edge concepting and rapid prototyping.

• Cross-functional collaboration: Drive unity among a diverse team of designers, product engineers and GTM, weaving together various perspectives into a coherent product vision.

• Lifecycle management: Oversee the product from inception to launch, including tracking success, addressing customer feedback, and help shape commercial strategy.

• Data-driven decision making: Utilize product and qualitative analytics to inform product decisions, improving design and user experience.

• Marketing and communication: Actively engage in product marketing efforts, clearly articulating our value proposition and maintaining an ongoing dialogue with customers about product development.

• Inspirational leadership: Use storytelling and data to motivate the team towards achieving extraordinary outcomes.

  
  

What we’re looking for

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years in product management, with a significant focus on product discovery.

• Customer-centric: A passion for deep customer engagement to understand and address their needs.

• High agency: Possess a strong drive and determination to take initiative, make decisions, and solve problems effectively.

• Analytical prowess: Strong proficiency in both product analytics and qualitative analysis to guide product direction.

• Marketing savvy: Experience in product marketing, capable of compellingly communicating product value.

• Team player: A collaborative attitude with the ability to work across multiple disciplines to achieve a common goal.

• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the skill to distill complex ideas into simple, impactful messages.
