People & Culture x @ EIVEE

As our new People & Culture Lead, you will become an integral member of the People & Culture and Finance team, where you will contribute by upkeeping our Ambitious People agenda being responsible for providing support to our employees, and managers in a multiple of P&C areas.

So, what’s the opportunity?

  • Support business areas with the Employee Life Cycle (attraction, recruitment, onboarding, retention, development, and offboarding)
  • Maintain people policies and the employee handbook
  • Oversee payroll and vacation in collaboration with our external bookkeeper
  • Support day-to-day tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing paperwork related to hiring, promotions, and transfers, as well as administration in connection to sickness, leave, payroll, etc.
  • Handle inquiries from employees and managers related to employment terms, time registration, benefits, etc.
  • Keep EIVEE updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
  • Drive various P&C projects connected to engagement, events, communication, time registration etc.
  • Develop, coordinate and drive People Development processes
  • Opportunity to be a part of the Leadership Team

We believe you'll thrive in this role if you:

  • You hold a master’s degree within a relevant field (e.g., economics, business administration, psychology, HRM, etc.)
  • You have at least 5+ years of experience within P&C/HR
  • You are self-motivated and thrive with autonomy and responsibility
  • You have a strong understanding of all core people processes
  • You have in depth knowledge and/or experience with Danish employment law
  • You are fluent and professional in Danish and English (written and oral)
  • MS Office Suite skills and experience
