Skills2You is a digital marketplace for knowledge and inspiration. Based on peer-to-peer model, operating from SUP46 in Stockholm. We launched last summer and are looking towards finalizing a seed fundraising soon.

As our new CPO you will spearhead our development work. Maintaining and further developing the product vision, driving operational product development work, making sure we have user benefit and user experience at the front of everything we do. You will collaborate closely with our Tech Lead. You will need to have experience of digital development and agile principles, preferably in a startup environment. And we like you to have good competence in UX. Depending on your profile it is possible to include Product Marketing in the role.

We work with high degree of freedom and personal responsibility. Regular sprint meetings, weekly management meetings and checkoffs. When, where and how you work in-between is pretty much up to you. However we want you to be located in Stockholm.

NOTE: This may be advisor role initially, while you keep your "day job" and we try to get the funding in place. Shares are offered from the start, without demanding any financial capital.
