As Chief Revenue Officer you are responsible for managing and developing our current and future revenue streams. You will initially work hands-on with sales together with company founders to lay the foundation for outbound sales (direct sales) teams and in the long run our inbound (indirect) sales organisation. You will lead, recruit, coach individuals to excel in their work.
- You have minimum 5 year experience from complex sales and sales oriented partnerships. Preferably from a SaaS company
- You are fluent in both Swedish (primary) and English (secondary). Third language is a bonus
- You have excellent presentation and communication skills in Swedish and English
- You can work independently with your own sales pipe
- You can develop our offers
- You have a positive and creative mindset
- You are a performer with result focus
- Used to manage budgets and commissions
You will primarily report directly to CEO and occasionally by invitation to Holistal non-executive board.
