SUP46 - Startup People of Sweden is one of the world’s leading startup hotspots, with our members having raised over 450 M Euros . We are now expanding to Helsingborg and looking to hire an amazing Community Manager! The key role is to work for the members & ensure they get the most of the membership with us. You are the face and voice of the Community and working closely with Head of Startups & Community based in Stockholm to ensure that we assist our members in becoming global game changers.

As the first hire at our second office in Sweden you will have the great responsibility to build on the SUP46 network in the entire Skåne region and represent SUP46's brand and culture in Helsingborg and its region, to attract great startups with game changing potential.

You will have a variety of weekly, monthly and ad hoc tasks, and deal with many different actors within the startups scene such as :

- Members (in house and remote)

- Partners

- Sponsors

- Mentors

- Alumni

- Service Providers

Your main tasks will be:

• Communication towards our members including writing monthly newsletters, internal communication and communicating events etc
• Organising internal events (workshop, Community breakfast, networking lunch, founders dinners, founder hours; pitch training, celebrating Holidays…) from confirming dates with partners to writing and sending out invitations, putting up posters, sending calendar invites and reminders as well has ordering catering and taking care of guests
• Organise Community Intro/on-boarding and off-boarding, making sure all new members have been on-boarded, introduced to the community, given welcome packs and are up to date with the services we offer
• Support in reviewing service providers and putting them up on our platform
• Organise with different services providers / relevant actors to come and do a presentation/talk at SUP46
• Push and gather feedback from the Community via the Community Pulse
• Update the Community Budget / Do the monthly alcohol report
• Answer emails from external people as well as request from members
• Other ad hoc tasks

Skills & Requirements:

• You are a social person and a strong team player
• Knowledge about the startup scene and network in Helsingborg
• Ability to multitask, be flexible and thrive in a busy environment
• Great at working by yourself and be a good networker and matchmaker
• Enjoy meeting and helping people with relevant information
• Computer literate and experience using tools such as Slack, Mailchimp
• Organised and creative minded
• You speak & write good english - Swedish is a great plus !
