Who we are

Working in a startup is a lot of fun and at World's Marathons, we grow with every challenge that we master! There's nothing that cannot be done. Passion and drive are traits we look for in a new team member! We work at a very high pace, with a team of talented and dedicated people.

We strongly believe that diversity in culture, knowledge and experience will lead to a better workplace and better products!

We encourage individuals to better health through training and inciting goals, as well as strengthen the community and create business opportunities in the places where events are organized. Sport is a unifying activity that builds bridges!

Q&A with Charlotte Melchert

Co-founder & CEO @ World's Sports Group

Describe your perfect day at work.

A perfect day is when I meet new people or open up to new opportunities. A perfect day is also when we close some sales. We try to have a clear vision and we always try to remain focused, so a perfect day would include some focus as well.

What is your best advice for entrepreneurs who are just starting out?

Try finding some kind of support such as an incubator to guide you. Always try to meet new people, try to have at least five meetings a week with new people because you never know where opportunities are coming from.
