As CTO, you'll have a key role in building, organizing, and developing tech teams. Initially you'll be working hands-on with our software development together with our devpartner. This means coding, prioritizing and planning partial migration as your team will grow. Over time you will have a more strategic role as your organization is built but with close connection to dev teams. We are a start-up, which means that we use all resources at hands with efficiency and creativity to get maximum outcomes. 

Preferably, you have worked yourself up to a leadership position with close connection to dev teams. You have a excellent track record from a leading startup or two, with eyes on new opportunities (challenges). Minimum 5 year experience.
