At Sqore, our Operations team is a group of enthusiastic and warm-hearted individuals who work in collaboration with each other and our clients. As part of our team, you’ll assist in connecting deserving talent with life-changing opportunities.

As the Customer Success Manager, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for our clients, both internationally and in Sweden 
• Be the owner of our client user support system (Intercom), answer incoming questions and help our clients solve any technical challenges they might have
• Lead the onboarding of clients and assist in setting up opportunities on Sqore.com
• Ensure the successful operational delivery of opportunities on Sqore.com '
• Be the voice of the client - identify key factors for client success and communicate internally to drive product development 
• Be responsible for developing the operational aspect of the delivery process, including set-up, client management and internal coordination between different departments
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the implementation of a successful marketing strategy
