We are looking for a Financial Manager to take care of our fast-growing finances (and preferably make sure they continue to be fast-growing). You will join in the early stage of a startup that just received a major funding to accelerate growth internationally. You will head the finance team that is a one-man army comprised of you with full responsibility of finance and reporting. You will be part of strategic decision making and report directly to our CEO.

Your work will include:

• Overall responsibility for accounting, financial planning and analysis.
• Financial reports and monthly control of accounting.
• Lead and manage the budgeting and forecast processes including conduct research and develop business cases.
• Manage and monitor cash flow.
• Ensure that company financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth.
• Participation in strategic product decision making.

As a perfect candidate for this position:

• You likely have a Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• You are very detail oriented and structured.
• Ridiculously good at Excel and financial modeling.
• Highly analytical and brilliant with numbers.
• Good understanding of accounting.
• +3 years of professional experience.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
