About the role

As Head of Marketing you will play a key role in the company´s growth and success. You will develop, review and optimize our online and offline marketing campaigns across different channels. You will require a vision for new business opportunities, executing and leading those ideas. The role will develop from focusing on content creation and social community management to a team leader and manager representing the creative department of the company. You have a self-driven and goal oriented personality and can work well with team members. 

The daily activities 

• Creating social media content and planning;
  
• You will be responsible for creating the social media and marketing strategy aligned to current branding; 
• Planning and creating paid advertisement for diverse online channels;
• Campaign setup and optimization for the agreed online channels to meet objectives and budgets;
• Creating strategies to satisfy and nurture all markets; 
• You will be reporting directly to the CEO and discussing new business opportunities for the target market.

Qualification

• Several years experience in marketing strategy development;
• Experience with content marketing, social media marketing, search engine marketing and email marketing;
• Data analysis skills and the ability to turn analysis into relevant conclusions and actions;
• An energetic and proactive attitude;
• Experience in app marketing;
• You are fluent in Swedish and English; 
• You have a degree in Marketing; 
• Skills in Adobe Illustrator, In Design or Photoshop are a plus.
