As we are expanding our team, we are looking for a Junior Project Managers to join our team. Your role will be that of an all-round project manager to work with pretty much everything that is going on in a startup; high and low. One day you’ll be helping with sales presentation documents, another day with compiling marketing lists - or how about helping the product team when we launch new features? You will be the jack of all trades!

As Junior Project Manager you will be working with:

· Creating and compiling reports

· Assisting team members in Sales, Marketing, Product and HR teams with a variety of tasks.

· Interacting with customers, investors or alike.

· Facilitating the daily workflow

· Proactively improve processes and identify increased efficiency

· Our CRM system and ensuring the team is using it to full potential

· Helping with our recruitments, its ads and candidate database

· Finance issues

We are looking for someone who is:

· Interested in the SaaS industry and startup lifestyle

· Prominent in Excel and highly tech savvy

· Able to prioritise and multitask

· A quick learner and doer

· Excellent in written and verbal communication skills

· Structured, have a positive attitude and a team player

· Fluent in English and Swedish
