ABOUT THE POSITION
As a junior researcher in the Maxify team you will be a crucial part in defining and validating ideas for Maxify start ups. You will be planning and conducting user & market research together with the UX team and the Marketing team. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Building a database of people to bring in for research sessions such as interviews, focus groups and user testing.
- Put together interview scripts, surveys and other material necessary to answer the questions and achieve new insights needed from other departments.
- Conducting and/or observing interviews, focus groups and user tests.
- Together with UX and Marketing, analyzing and presenting the results of said research methods in a matter where found insights can be shared with other team members and stakeholders.
- Organising, scheduling and over all handling the contact with our research candidates in a professional manner to make the experience as smooth as possible for all parties.

As a person challenges is something that excites you and if you don’t know the answer to something you will find it and learn more about it. You are comfortable with a high speed environment and you seek to be a part of a startup where working as a team is key and were trying new approaches to problem solving is part of our culture.
Your background may be in interaction design, social science, psychology or an other related field. You are familiar with qualitative and quantitative research methods and have knowledge in how and when to use them. You don’t necessarily have to have a lot of years working in the field but you do have proven experience where you have managed your own work and been in first hand contact with clients or customers on a regular basis.
