About the position:

You will create a world class development team by acting as a leader and role model. You’ll also be responsible to build teams and eventually transition into the CTO role of Steven. You will work in a lean and hands-on way with development teams in both Sweden and Armenia.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead tech team
• Recruitment
• Sprint planning / follow up
• Ensure delivery of the expected outcome on-time and with high quality
• Strategic planning of technology platform
• Specify and improve working methods, standards and goals of the dev organisation
• Be a culture bearer / builder for the development team 

Your background:

We believe that you have at least 5 years of relevant working experience. You have the ability to identify problems and as a person you are flexible, positive and solution oriented. In addition to all this you are a team-player with leadership skills.

As for languages and frameworks, we first and foremost like you to have the right base knowledge and are that you are a quick learner. However, it is beneficial if you have experience within the following:

• Java (Spring & Dropwizard)
• Javascript (ReactJS & NodeJS)
• AWS stack
• Docker
