As a Lead Developer at Maxify, you will be an important part of a passionate smaller team where you will work closely together with the UX team as well as with the Product owner. You will work with the latest techniques in App development where part of your role will be to investigate new technologies and tools for the development team. Work will be performed in an Agile team where you are involved all the way in from idea & idea evaluation to ready product.

You will also …

• ..be a core person in defining our software architecture and tech stack.
• ..set goals and deadlines together with product owner and design
• ..work together with other departments towards set goals in an efficient way
• ..mentor other developers

Checklist:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience of software development
• Minimum 3 years’ experience of advanced Java Script development
• A flexible attitude and feel comfortable with agile methods
• Experience or feel interested in working with methods such as test-driven development and code reviews.
• Good communication skills
• Good level of (spoken & written) English and/or Swedish

It’s also a plus if you have:

• Experience with app development, preferably using React Native
• Experience with node.js
• Curiosity and interest in areas such as big data
