We are looking for a HubSpot afficionado to join our fast-growing scale-up, where you can develop your skills rapidly, and have a blast along the way!

About your role:

In order to continue our journey and vision to offer the market’s best service, we aim to strengthen our team by recruiting a Marketing Automation Manager that is well versed in Hubspot. You will work closely with the CMO and the marketing team, which currently consists of 5 FTEs.

Key responsibilities:

As the Marketing Automation Specialist at Qred you will be an integral part of our revenue growth.

You will be responsible for crafting the best campaigns in order to attract new customers, nurture existing leads and turn existing customers into loyal fans. More specifically, you will be planning, deploying and analyzing campaigns, creating automation workflows and own our marketing automation efforts. You will work closely with our content, performance marketing and design experts to create the best cross-channel experiences, ensuring our message and brand values are reflected throughout our communication.

We rival the old banks. And we need to act like rivals, so we would expect you to think outside the box and actively try new ideas. We encourage A/B testing and expect that you define and follow up metrics and goals.

• Have excellent skills in Hubspot (or similar Marketing Automation Systems), and 2-4 total years of experience within marketing, preferably in a similar role
• Have worked with marketing from a customer journey or funnel perspective and you are interested in both inbound and outbound tactics
• Are a creative but critical thinker that can craft messages for specific audiences
• Are able to prioritize your efforts and analyze their results
• Fluent in English
• Willing to learn, develop and grow with us!
