Peppy Pals is seeking a self-motivated and creative Content Marketing Manager to join our team in Stockholm. If you love working on multiple projects at a time while producing high-quality and meaningful content that engages families and kids ages 2-8 around the world - this is the job for you!

As a Content Marketing Manager, you are a gifted communicator that can convert complex information into compelling messages that also matches Peppy Pals values and brand (being playfulness, humor, kindness and compassion).

Peppy Pals is fast growing start-up company, with new fun things happening all the time. This also means that you will need to be able to prioritize and wear different hats. You also need to be okay with not everything being perfect.

You will be given a great amount of autonomy and responsibility from day 1. In fact, you are the main person in charge for Peppy Pals brand and communication strategy. With that in mind, a day as Peppy Pals Content Marketing Manager can range from 1) strategic; planning a PR-campaign for a new product release, 2) creative; creating a short movie for Instagram or designing flyers for an event to 3) analysing; focusing on more data-driven communication such as paid campaigns for growing our YouTube channel.

The role is wide, a bit crazy, a lot of fun and a real chance for you to try new channels, creative ideas, meet a lot of inspiring people and companies. Main responsibilities

• Build and maintain the Peppy Pals brand in Sweden and internationally

• Plan relevant content marketing and communication plans; this can include everything from writing articles, blog posts to social media, website and ads.

• Execute on your strategy, ensuring daily visibility of stories, posts, and interaction with our community of parents and kids

• Set and manage the marketing budget in collaboration with the CEO

• Create monthly reports and track the growth of Peppy Pals brand

Desired Experience:

• Marketing, communication or business degree/relevant qualifications

• Our ideal candidate has proven experience building and growing a community around a brand, topic, passion, or hobby.

• Enjoys taking ownership of your contribution and be passionate about growing with us as a company

• Strong problem solver and a willingness to take initiative in unclear situations

• Ability to operate in a startup environment and maximize limited resources

• Clear communication and presentation skills, including fluent written and spoken Swedish and English is a requirement

Extra points for

• Experience in working with media agencies/PR as well as online marketing (Google/FB Ads)

• Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator and/or InDesign (or other tools to create high-quality visuals/creatives)

• Passion for children and Social and Emotional Intelligence (SEL/EQ)

• A background in teaching, pedagogy or psychology is a plus
