As a Marketing Manager, you will:
- Create the marketing strategy, establishing our positioning and building our brand
- Plan and drive product launches
- Manage and drive marketing initiatives including events, press releases and PR, blogs, social media
- Exploit Furhat's viral nature by creating and sourcing engaging content
- Leverage customer's enthusiasm and use-cases to share success stories with the world
- Create a solid network of strategic partnerships such as journalists, production firms as well as customer's marketing departments.
- Listen to the market, set up metrics and track effectiveness and direct marketing efforts
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
To be an ideal candidate, you must have:
- +5 years experience in marketing in tech-related industries
- Experience launching software and hardware products
- Thorough knowledge of marketing principles and market research methods
- Superb analytical as well as creative skills
- Excellent communication skills, story-telling ability and interpersonal abilities
- Passionate customer advocacy and understanding of many business disciplines
- Deep understanding of market dynamics in early stage products
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Minimum BSc in business administration, marketing, communications or relevant field
It would be great if you also have:
- Native/bilingual proficiency in English
- Previous experience working with startups
- Experience working with robots or conversational systems
- Hands-on communication skills such as visual design, copywriting, photography
- An active interest in/user of social media
