As a Partnership Manager your mission is to develop and implement a strategy to identify, build strong relationships and to make sure we deliver value to new bank partners. It includes turning key persons at potential customers into Minna ambassadors and support Minna ambassadors in their internal dialogs, mainly through tight collaboration and leading workshops with the ambassadors. You are also expected to continuously build new business cases in order to add more customer value and broaden our business scope.
You will be part of our financial institutions team and create important relationships with key persons within retail banks all over the world.

Create value offers together with the key persons and support their work within their organization.
Demo the product and our solution for key persons within the financial industry.
Assure that the value we offer works as intended
Fully responsible for customer profitability.
Requirements
5+ years work experience within finance.
Experience in leading complex sales.
Experience from startups or own projects are meriting.
