In this crucial role for ftrack in United States, the ideal candidate will be involved in customer support and wear many hats in a fast-moving industry. This is a newly created role for a bright and enthusiastic individual to be the first permanent hire in Los Angeles, California.
The role requires customer centric skills to please prospects and clients, being the dedicated contact for queries relating to product support, client relations and sales for the North American market.
