To be able to offer customers the best possible quality of service we need someone to set a quality strategy, make sure we execute the strategy and operationally test features. When onboarding new customers we need to make sure that the product corresponds to their expectations. As part of this role we want you to define the product expectations from a quality perspective for each new client and partner we work with.
