About the job

What is a manager? Someone that helps you develop in certain areas, giving you the prerequisites to be the best version of yourself but also a person that listens to you.

At Minna, we believe that a great manager has high EQ and is really brave. You need to take bold and difficult decisions, still being humble and people-oriented. 

We are organized in small autonomous teams working against goals set by the team itself. In order to be autonomous, our teams are cross-functional meaning each team could have both designers, sales, and developers in the team. This is one of our core strengths in order to grow rapidly but still being healthy.

As the Sales Manager, you will be the direct coach for everyone working with sales, no matter what team the individual belongs to. As a Manager, you act outside the teams and will be the go-to person when it comes to everything from career planning, recruitment, salary discussions to one-on-one sessions. 

During 2019 our plan is to hire people every week, meaning we need stable coaches inspiring people to embrace changes and love challenges. Guess what? You will work a lot with talent acquisition.

How would we deem you successful?

Sales is the foundation of any company. You will be responsible for ensuring efficiency and growth within sales, measured through KPI:s such as: Successful recruitments, employee satisfaction, the rating of personal development and of course - sales performance.  

What we are looking for

  • Previous work within B2B (enterprise, distributed or complex sales) with management responsibility is a must have
  • Experience from IT / Enterprise Software sales is a big plus
  • A good coach (High EQ and brave)
  • Prestigeless (You will coach top talents, probably better than you within their area of expertise)
  • Experienced leader (Minimum 3+ years) 
  • True talent when it comes to leading people during rapid growth
  • Purpose-driven and happy to support our mission - to bring power to the modern consumer
  • Willing to "Bring life to work" (meaning be yourself and open up)
  • Used to work with agile processes (Experience from the startup/tech industry)
  • Constantly growing as a person and in your leadership, it's important that you have a personal goal to grow yourself as well as others
  • Really good at finding new talents and evaluating their performance and culture fit (Worked with recruitment)
